Fantastic Football Weekend Find!
easy parking convenient location friendly receptionist good service
I found parking easily behind the building. The location worked great for my football weekend. It was near bus stops right outside! The receptionist was really friendly. She let me leave my luggage early and even after I checked out. This was such good service!

The staff members are very friendly. I received a warm welcome. They advised me about parking options. I appreciated it. They respond promptly if you contact them on Whatsapp, I thought that was nice. The receptionist was helpful and kind!

access to the hotel was easy staff members were helpful with directions. the room provided tea making facilities. secure on-site parking was available which gave me peace of mind.
the velux window in my room was covered making the room quite dark. a larger mirror would be useful for getting ready. this small issue slightly impacted the overall experience.

the check-in process was straightforward, the staff acted friendly, and the room maintained good cleanliness (which i always appreciate). parking was conveniently located directly behind the building, providing easy access. complimentary tea added a nice touch.
i noticed a broken tile in the bathroom, though this didn't affect functionality.

street noise poor soundproofing
The location wasn't ideal, quite far from amenities. Finding a decent place to eat nearby proved difficult! Street noise was pretty bad. It really impacted my sleep. The soundproofing seemed inadequate. I heard everything from outside

The receptionist provided a kind welcome. This was appreciated. Secure parking sits behind a locked gate. The mattress felt comfortable, and the room had warmth. I found the shower good. It worked well.
There were some marks on the walls, also some stains on the curtains. Though everything was clean.
